1 Neoprene adhesive: It is composed of acetyl rubber, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, filler, anti-aging agent, antioxidant and solvent. It is the most widely used rubber adhesive. This adhesive has good resistance to water, oil, weak acid, weak base, aliphatic hydrocarbons and drunkenness. It can work at -50~+80 °C, but it is creepy and easy to age. In order to improve its performance, it can be blended with human oil-soluble phenolic resin to form a chloroprene aldehyde. It can be cured at room temperature. It is suitable for bonding a variety of metal and non-metal materials, including steel, aluminum, copper, glass, ceramics, cement products and plastics. 2 Nitrile rubber adhesive: It is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is mainly used for the joint of rubber products and the bonding of rubber to metal, fabric and wood. Its biggest feature is good oil resistance, high peel strength, and joint resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons and non-oxidizing acids.
